Moldova Recalls Ambassador in Russia After Drone Crashes Near Border With Ukraine

Chisinau said it summoned its ambassador in Russia back home for consultations, calling the drone incident a “grave violation of Moldova’s sovereignty and territorial integrity” that risks the safety of its citizens.

It's the latest in a string of near-misses for Bulgaria and Romania in continuing hostilities between Russia and Ukraine.
