Michelin-star restaurant regains top hygiene rating after previous one-star inspection

Ynyshir got a one-star food hygiene rating from inspectors but has since been restored to five stars.

Just a week following this inspection WalesOnline reported that the restaurant had suddenly closed and no explanation had been given as to why. A spokesperson for Slim Chickens then said the branch had been closed for refurbishment.
