Messi doubts playing 'for much longer' after father's death

Football legend Lionel Messi doubts his playing career will last "much longer" following the recent death of his father.

“I don’t know what I’m going to do without you, I don’t know how to go on. I only played football and now I have quite a few doubts about whether I’ll keep doing it for much longer,” he wrote on Instagram.

Messi released an emotional statement on Wednesday addressed to his late father, Jorge, who died at 68 years old last week.
