Labour's Mayor of London Sadiq Khan has been convicted and fined for allegedly failing to tax a vehicle, despite officials saying it does not belong to him.

London mayor Lord Sadiq Khan has said he is a "victim of a scam" after he was convicted of failing to tax a car "he does not own".
