Massachusetts woman, 56, arrested outside Lindsay Clancy trial for allegedly filming jurors: report

Although state police did not confirm whether the arrest was specifically related to the sensational trial, sources told CBS Boston reporter Kristin Rex that “Someone (who is not a media member) was arrested outside” the courthouse and is “accused of filming jurors in Lindsay Clancy’s trial,” she wrote on X.

Lindsay Clancy murder trial jury reported a deadlock Tuesday, but a retired Massachusetts judge said a unanimous verdict remains very possible.

Massachusetts has no state death penalty, and Lindsay Clancy’s jury is deciding whether she is criminally responsible for her children’s deaths.
