Man charged with stalking after investigators find skeletal remains, serial killer memorabilia

A 47-year-old Fond du Lac County man has been charged with felony stalking after investigators say a yearslong pattern of unwanted contact led them to a rural home containing serial killer memorabilia, skeletal remains and disturbing writings about the woman he is accused of stalking.
