Loose pills found scattered in 3rd Orléans park

Ottawa police say a third park in the city’s east was found to have loose pills scattered around the area.

After the discovery of dozens of pills in local parks, Ottawa police say anyone who finds pills or other unknown substances should leave them where they found them and report it.
