A 78-year-old man was likely making one of his regular, unannounced visits to his older sister when he tragically crossed paths with a knife-wielding teenager in a clown costume, the victim’s family said Friday.

A teenager accused of dressing as a clown and stabbing a man to death in a random attack has been charged with murder.

Less than an hour before Allen’s body was discovered, a Ring camera recorded the suspect outside a home three blocks from the scene.
