The murder trial of Lindsay Clancy is entering its final phase after an attempt by the defense to force a mistrial was rejected.

Forensic psychologist Dr. Kirk Heilbrun took the stand in Lindsay Clancy's trial for the killings of her three children on Tuesday, testifying that he felt Clancy was criminally liable despite claims of postpartum psychosis. CBS News' Shanelle Kaul has the details.

“She was in a serious psychiatric state and she was suffering,” Mack said.
