Large blaze at Botany Town Centre in Auckland under control

Thick black smoke could be seen billowing from the cinema as the fire reached its peak.

Residents have been told to avoid Saddleworth Moor in Greater Manchester as fire crews have been tackling the huge fire which has broken out overnight

Fire crews were initially called to the former Fairway Hotel in Bathgate just before 8pm on August 10, followed by officers from Police Scotland.
