Kerala HC grants bail in NDPS case over lapse in informing accused's family

The Kerala high court granted bail to an accused in an NDPS case. This decision followed the court's finding of non-compliance with legal notification requirements. The police had failed to inform a relative or friend of the arrested individual. Merely informing the live-in partner's father did not satisfy the law.
