Kentucky Gov. Beshear Keeps Pushing for Info on McConnell’s Health. He Says He’s ‘Heard Absolutely Nothing Back’

It's been more than a month since the Democratic Governor issued a public letter calling on the Republican to update his constituents on the status of his health amid a lengthy hospitalization.

Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear (D) said Sunday that Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) has not responded to his requests for more information about the senator’s health and ability to serve following a hospitalization and lengthy rehabilitation stay.

McConnell (R-Ky.) last cast a Senate roll call vote June 11, three days before he was hospitalized after falling at his Capitol Hill home.
