Karnataka cabinet gets full strength as Congress announces 20 new ministers

Karnataka Chief Minister DK Shivakumar has expanded his Cabinet, inducting 20 ministers and filling all available berths. The expansion includes several new faces, key political leaders and notable comebacks.
