Kaduna State Government denies mass lecturer exodus from KASU, reopens talks with ASUU to avert an indefinite strike over staff welfare and 2025 agreement.

Abdullahi said Kano lecturers demand was the implementation of outstanding agreements relating to staff welfare, funding and the conditions of service

The decision followed an ASUU-KASU congress meeting held on August 12 and resolutions from the union’s national executive council meeting at the University of Abuja on August 8 and 9.
