Judge grants Trump's request in BBC defamation suit

U.S. District Judge Roy Altman issued a temporary pause Thursday.

The US president is suing the BBC over a controversial episode of Panorama broadcast in 2024.

The ruling from Washington-based US District Judge Amit Mehta tosses out convictions of Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes and other members of the group who were convicted of seditious conspiracy.
