Italian restaurant with zero food hygiene rating told 'make your food safe to eat'

Conwy council food hygiene inspectors visited Alfredos on July 17, according to official records, prompting the owners to apologise and request a re-inspection after getting their act together

Officials reported several violations during the inspections, including poor hygiene, expired food items, violations of food labelling and display regulations, and pest infestation.
