ISIS-linked female suspect arrested in plot to blow up New York State Capitol - report

According to the NYT, the suspect is a US citizen, lives in the Albany area, and has either shown ties to or pledged allegiance to ISIS.

A woman has been charged with providing support to a terror group after allegedly plotting an ISIS-inspired attack on the New York State Capitol building in Albany, federal officials said. NBC News' Tom Winter reports.

Jessica Bowie, 35, allegedly purchased bomb materials from a hardware store on Aug. 5 and planned the attack with the help of FBI informants for two weeks, the feds said.
