IRS workers' union joins lawsuit targeting Trump's 'Anti-Weaponization Fund'

A union that represents Treasury Department and IRS employees has joined in a lawsuit previously brought to block the Trump administration's "Anti-Weaponization Fund."

Tuesday on CNN's "OutFront," Sen. Alex Padilla (D-CA) predicted President Donald Trump would set up a new anti-weaponization fund the day after the midterm election.
