WASHINGTON, Aug 25 - Darline Graham, sister of the late Senator Lindsey Graham, won the Republican primary runoff in South Carolina for U.S. Senate on Tuesday, according to U.S. media projections, in a triumph for President Donald Trump.

The incumbent rode President Donald Trump’s endorsement to a narrow victory after a quick special election.

President Trump went all in for Senator Darline Graham in a primary runoff on Tuesday. It worked, preserving his undefeated streak in Republican Senate primaries this year.

Nordone will face off against the Democratic nominee in the November election to succeed her late brother Lindsey Graham.
