"The cancer has spread, is metastasized into his bones and further. It's very painful. It's very debilitating in many respects," Hunter Biden said.

Asked if he had made President Biden's life and health worse, Hunter said: "Of course I did. That's what addiction does." And he said his father's cancer had spread to his bones
