House votes 370-48 to fund the government through mid-December, avoiding a shutdown before the midterms, but it still awaits Trump’s signature

The House passed the bill by a vote of 370-48, now it just needs President Donald Trump to sign it.

The House approved a bipartisan funding bill Tuesday that will keep the federal government fully operational until after the Nov. 3 midterm elections.
