Ho-Dome Queen Mother alleges GH¢5,000 vote buying in Volta Council of State election

The Queen Mother of Ho-Dome in the Asogli Traditional Area, Mama Atrato II, has made explosive allegations of widespread vote buying in Ghana's Council of State elections, claiming delegates accepted GH¢5,000 each in exchange for their votes during the selection process.

According to the Command, officers recovered a register containing voters' details, raising concerns over possible electoral offences.
