Heat warning remains in effect across southwestern Ontario

Residents across southwestern Ontario are being urged to take precautions as a heat event continues Wednesday, with daytime temperatures expected to reach between 30 C and 32 C and humidex values approaching 40.

The Toronto and Region Conservation Authority says there's a higher potential for flooding in its river systems. It also warned that its watersheds are already saturated.
