Head-on minibus-truck crash kills 23 in southern Brazil

A head-on collision between a minibus and an empty truck killed at least 23 people and injured five early Wednesday in Paraná, Brazil.

It is not yet clear what caused the two vehicles to crash into each other in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
