The brother of Hayden Panettiere's on-and-off boyfriend Brian Hickerson tells TMZ that Brian gave her Narcan, the opioid overdose reversal drug. The coroner's office has not yet determined Panettiere's cause of death. NBC News' Steve Patterson reports.
