‘Habagat’ to bring rains, rough seas to parts of Visayas until Aug. 23

ILOILO CITY — The southwest monsoon or “habagat” will continue to influence weather conditions across the western section of the Visayas in the coming days, bringing rain showers, thunderstorms, strong winds and rough seas to several areas, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services

Zambales, Bataan, and Occidental Mindoro are still expected to have moderate to heavy rain due to the southwest monsoon until Friday afternoon, August 14
