Scottish ministers have refused to investigate claims that a single Glasgow detective is handling around 200 rape cases simultaneously prompting fury from the Scottish Greens and the Police Federation.

THE Scottish Rape Crisis Alliance (SRCA) has condemned Scottish Green MSP Q Manivannan’s comments on rape.
