Governor joins push to rename airport for Dolly Parton

More than 150,000 people, including singer Sheryl Crow, had signed an online petition for the change as of Friday afternoon, and now Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee is on board.

A push by fans to rename Nashville's airport for Dolly Parton appears to be taking flight just days after the country music icon's death.

The country music legend previously asked lawmakers to withdraw a bill for a statue of her at the state Capitol in 2021.

In the days since her death, Dolly Parton has become the most-streamed artist in the world and might be getting an airport named after her. Nicole Valdes has more.
