Germany news: Officials deny reports of drone near munitions-laden plane

Officials in Germany have rejected reports that an explosive-laden drone found at Leipzig airport was next to a plane filled with weapons destined for Ukraine. DW has more.

German police found an explosives-laden drone near a Ukrainian Antonov cargo plane at Leipzig-Halle Airport, forcing flight diversions and a bomb-disposal operation. A second cargo aircraft also collided with an unidentified flying object nearby and landed safely with minor damage.
