By Jeff Agbodo, Abakaliki ABAKALIKI — The All Progressives Congress (APC) has won all 13 chairmanship and 171 councillorship seats contested in the Ebonyi State local government elections. The results were announced by the Chairman of the Ebonyi State Independent Electoral Commission (EBSIEC), Mr Patrick Enyi, at the c
