Flood cleanup underway; residents to receive disaster relief fund from province

As cleanup continues from the flooding in Fingal, Ont. and the surrounding area, residents are about to get some help.

The Assam government will begin the final assessment of flood-related losses across the state from Friday, paving the way for compensation to affected families, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said on Thursday.
