Five men arrested over Co Tyrone bonfire mosque offences

The PSNI has arrested a total of five men today as a part of ongoing investigations into a loyalist bonfire pyre in Co Tyrone in July onto which a replica of a mosque was placed.

Three men have been arrested by police investigating the placing of a replica mosque on a loyalist bonfire.The trio, aged 27, 38 and 51, were arrested after several properties were raided by police in the Moygashel area of Co Tyrone on Tuesday. The three are being held on “suspicion of offences under Article 9 of the P
