Nato jets scrambled today to shoot down a drone that crossed into Latvian airspace close to its border with Russia.

A Ukrainian drone attack sparked a fire at the Ust-Luga port in Russia’s Leningrad region, the region’s governor, Alexander Drozdenko, said.
