British right-wing political commentator Milo Yiannopoulos, who supported President Trump's agenda, is being held by ICE for allegedly overstaying his visa. Nancy Cordes has the details.

Yiannopoulos, a far-right commentator, was an early supporter of Donald Trump and his immigration crackdown, but they have since fallen out. DHS said he was an "illegal alien" who overstayed his visit in the US.

Federal immigration authorities arrested right-wing provocateur and online influencer Milo Yiannopoulos at an airport in Louisianna after he was accused of overstaying his visa.

The Department of Homeland Security said Yiannopoulos “chose to overstay his welcome” after arriving in the US legally in 2019 and now faces deportation to Britain.

Sources claim the British firebrand was taken into custody at an airport in Louisiana, with inmate records indicating he is now at a detention center there, via TMZ .

The former Trump supporter-turned-critic, who is also a British native, was arrested in Louisiana on Thursday, the Department of Homeland Security said.
