A new theme park inspired by the Dragon Ball manga will open in France, 30 kilometres from Paris.

The 3-park complex near Cergy-Pontoise will be led by Qiddiya, a subsidiary of Saudi Arabia's sovereign wealth fund, and is expected to create 22,000 jobs
