EHRC’s single-sex spaces guidance now in place in England, Scotland and Wales

Public single-sex spaces such as toilets, changing rooms and rape crisis centres are now organised by sex assigned at birth as of today (5 August) in England, Scotland and Wales.  The government guidance, which was first published by the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) in June, says that transgender people

The code covers spaces open to the public, such as toilets and changing rooms in England, Wales and Scotland.
