Duane Davis' attorney doesn't believe jury considered all evidence before Tupac murder conviction

When a man was found guilty of orchestrating the murder of Tupac Shakur, it brought catharsis to many who knew the rapper. But questions remain even after the trial.

A day after Davis was found guilty of first-degree murder, his attorney told NBC News the defense had been preparing for an appeal before the trial even began.

"We honor Afeni Shakur — a mother whose strength and unshakable belief in her son's truth carried this fight long before any of us knew where it would lead," the rapper's sister said in a statement
