Chinese state-sponsored hackers infiltrated US government computer networks ranging from NASA to the US Senate.

The FBI has seized domains associated with a botnet that allowed Chinese-backed hackers to breach several U.S. government departments.

The US Justice Department said in a statement that the Chinese hacking operation used two platforms, dubbed ‘QScan’ and ‘QtRouter’.
