Diamondbacks manager Torey Lovullo apologizes to Chicago Cubs after sign stealing controversy: 'bush league'

Torey Lovullo apologized to Craig Counsell after the league confirmed Cubs third base coach Quintin Berry's sign stealing was perfectly legal.
