As Robert Bush starts a 20-year prison sentence, prosecutors want to claw back the money he stole.

The government has announced it will regulate the funeral industry in England, after a rogue undertaker was jailed for 20 years for leaving dozens of bodies unburied while charging for cremations that never happened.

Robert Bush admitted to 67 offences after police uncovered 31 decomposing bodies and more than 100 sets of ashes, with at least 46 families found to have received the wrong remains.
