Convicted serial killer Bryan Kohberger has been granted chance to withdraw his guilty plea

Kohberger, 31, is currently serving four consecutive life sentences without parole, but he’s been appointed a new attorney and Idaho Judge Steve Hippler has scheduled a status conference and evidentiary hearing for June 2027.

The convicted killer, 31, filed for post-conviction relief in Ada County District Court on July 27,  claiming that he only accepted his plea deal because he was 'advised to lie' by his legal counsel.
