Construction workers strike gold at Belgian building site

Belgian police are calling on treasure hunters to steer clear of a building site where construction workers this week stumbled on a stash of gold reportedly worth more than US$10 million.

Construction workers in Belgium were drilling into the foundation of a former brewery when they discovered 49 gold bars and more than 4,000 coins worth an estimated $10 million. The gold is in police custody while an investigation is underway.
