Chelmsley Wood town centre regeneration project hit with further delay

A £3.434m WMCA-backed project supporting the Chelmsley Wood Town Centre Masterplan has been hit with further delays due to land acquisition challenges, with a 36-month extension now requested

Carmarthenshire Council wants to knock down the building in Ammanford, which has stood empty since the retailer closed its store there in 2024 after three years.
