Police have identified the suicidal gunman who killed two people and wounded seven others when he opened fire at an Idaho In-N-Out.

Police responded to an active shooter situation near an In-N-Out Burger location in Idaho Saturday evening.

A witness said an armed bystander exchanged gunfire with the suspect during the deadly Idaho In-N-Out shooting.
