Ceuta city leader says approximately 100 people have died during last week's massive border rush, and between 3,000 and 5,000 migrants remain in the enclave.

“Our policies are our practice, which is that every player … in this league has been determined to be eligible,” Jessica Berman said.

Charges include organising illegal border crossings, transporting passengers without a license, and insulting and assaulting security forces.
