LUCENA CITY — The measles-rubella vaccination campaign in Calabarzon has surpassed the 50-percent mark of its target population, the Department of Health regional office reported. Agency data showed that 690,417 children, or 51.7 percent of the target population, had received measles-rubella (MR) vaccines as of 10 p.m.
