Brazil Bomb Cyclone: Red Alert for Rio Grande do Sul

INMET has placed 214 municipalities in Rio Grande do Sul under a red great-danger alert as a bomb cyclone deepens off the coast, with gusts above 100 km/h, hail and an official instruction to seek shelter. Seven states are under storm warnings through Saturday.
