MANILA, Philippines — The Senate impeachment court resumed proceedings on Wednesday with the prosecution beginning its presentation of evidence on Article I, which centers on Vice President Sara Duterte’s alleged misuse of P612.5 million in confidential funds, as an ethics complaint was simultaneously filed against Sen
