Arsenal news: Vinicius Jr 'final offer made' with transfer 'nearing completion'

Vinicius Jr's transfer saga looks set to be drawing to its conclusion with a final offer now tabled for the Brazilian forward who has been hotly linked to Arsenal

In a written reply to an unstarred question by B.Y. Raghavendra, Shivamogga MP, in the Lok Sabha on Thursday (July 30), Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari said that the four-laning project has been taken up under four packages based on the Hybrid Annuity Model.
