Ammunition detonated at a military training ground in western Ukraine’s Khmelnytskyi injured four servicemen and left several out of contact on Friday, July 31. Ukraine’s State Bureau of Investigation (DBR) and Prosecutor General’s Office have opened criminal proceedings.
